Click and Collect

The quickest way to shop with us is to use our Click & Collect service. This allows you to place your order online and then collect it from our Derby Trade Counter. All of our standard stock is held in our main warehouse, with the exception of any approved supplier deliveries.

Our Trade Counter is open from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. It is closed on weekends and bank holidays.

For heavier items, we recommend having a suitable vehicle to transport your purchase. Be sure to review the dimensions of the product to ensure it will fit in your car.

If you need any assistance loading your item into your vehicle, our team will be happy to help. To collect your purchase, you'll need to provide proof of your order, such as the confirmation email, photographic ID to match the order, and the payment card used.

For gas struts, you can typically collect your order within 15 minutes. If you need any assistance with installation, our expert Technical Sales team will be on-hand to provide guidance and answer any questions you may have.
