The NitroLift GSV8-60 Adjustable Force Gas Strut is a space-saving option within the GSV8 series, offering a balance between compactness and adjustable force for applications requiring a limited extension range. Here's a closer look at its key features:
Compact Design: This gas strut boasts a slim 8mm diameter piston rod and an 18mm cylinder diameter, making it ideal for situations with severe space constraints. It offers a stroke length of 60mm and extended length of 170mm, providing a moderate travel distance.
Adjustable Force (with a High Upper Limit): Despite its compact size, the GSV8-60 packs a punch. You can fine-tune the lifting or pushing force within a range of 50 Newtons (N) to a remarkable 700 Newtons (N) to perfectly match your specific requirements. This upper limit of 700N is the same as other GSV8 models and caters to lighter-duty applications compared to the GSV14 series.
Durable Construction: Don't let its small size fool you – the GSV8-60 is built to last. The nitride plated piston rod enhances strength and corrosion resistance, while the epoxy paint treated cylinder provides additional protection against external elements.
